As part of the Welcome project CoNISMa are conducting monitoring campaigns with the use of a drone. The production of very high resolution aerial photogrammetry (0.6 cm/pix) and digital elevation models (DEM), provides relevant information on the structure and integrity of the dunes and supports the monitoring and quantification of the marine litter. The information collected will also be crucial in assessing the effectiveness of dune restoration interventions.
